Timber – frame/element houses are produced according to individual or our proposed typical drawings. We prepare production/structural drawings out of architectural drawings, sometimes even out of simple hand drawn sketches or pictures, with the specialized German software called SEMA we can make various changes of your individual house (when it is finished, we can arrange a virtual tour inside and around of your dream house), preassemble the elements in our workshops and deliver it by trucks or sea containers, mount it on a building site within the shortest time (usu. 3-4 weeks for a regular size building). Biggest part of panel / element houses produced in the company are exported to Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Germany, Czech Republic, Russia, Iceland, Ireland and other countries. Many dwelling houses are built in Lithuania as well.
